- Added Jest infrastructure (deps, config, global mocks)
- Introduced ISpreadsheetService with GAS and Mock implementations
- Refactored Product.ts to use dependency injection
- Added unit tests for Product class
- Updated documentation (README, SETUP, ARCHITECTURE) to reflect testing and init scripts
